You can buy mailing bags, kraft, envelopes and fill without creating an account. Payment is card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

An account is for saving addresses, orders and invoices. It is optional.

The trade account is separate

TradePro is for trade businesses that reorder those supplies. It adds BACS and a discount from 5% up to 10% over £1,000 a month.

Either way, orders by 3pm leave the same day and stocked lines can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
