What moves

The terms move the delivery when Friday or Monday is a bank holiday. The aim of 5.30pm applies to the next working day after that holiday.

Packaging Suppliers does not dispatch mailers or paper on the bank holiday itself.

3pm on the last working day is still the cutoff. A trade account does not get a later one.

If the courier window of 1 to 3 days matters more than the next-day aim, use that later figure for the bench.

All orders placed by 3pm are dispatched on the same day using a 1-3 day courier service (depending on the items in your order).
