Mailer or board
Packaging Suppliers is the materials around the carton, and the carton is still there when the goods need walls. Single wall is the everyday board. Double wall, made in the UK, is the stronger board for heavy or fragile goods.
A padded envelope or a grey mailer replaces the box only when the goods are soft or flat enough. A board-back envelope is the rigid paper pack for documents that must not crease.
Do not guess the board from the bag
Jiffy Airkraft and Arofol envelopes are lined bags. They are not double wall cartons. If the product needs a carton, open the box range and measure the goods.
Orders of bags and cartons together leave if they are placed by 3pm.
